Kenneth N. Siegel, Ph.D., A.B.P.P. is President of The Impact Group, Inc., a Los Angeles based group of Psychologists who consult to Management.  Dr. Siegel received his B.A. degree (with honors) in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University in 1974.  He went on to complete his Masters Degree and his Ph.D. Degree at the University of Southern California, specializing in the area of social psychology.  Dr. Siegel taught many classes as a teaching assistant during his graduate school years and did extensive research in self-consciousness and its effects on behavior.  Dr. Siegel completed a Post-Doctoral Internship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Wright Institute, Los Angeles.  The analytic and clinical skills he acquired at the Wright Institute have extensive applicability to consulting with senior executives.  Dr. Siegel also qualified as a Board Certified Diplomat in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is licensed as a Psychologist by the State of California.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association, The American Sociological Association, The California State Psychological Association, and other professional groups.

Over the past twenty years, Dr. Siegel has provided management consulting services to a broad array of multi-national corporations.  He has lectured throughout the world in his specialty areas of leadership development, cultural clarity, strategic alignment, team enhancement, management development, conflict resolution, and executive coaching.  He has worked extensively in the services sector, electronics, distribution, retail, manufacturing, and medical-related industries, and was recently (2005) acknowledged as one of “The top 50 coaches in America” in The Art & Practice Of Leadership Coaching – 50 Top Executive Coaches Reveal Their Secrets, edited by Howard Morgan, Phil Harkins & Marshall Goldsmith and is the author of So… You Call Yourself A Leader.  He is married with three children and enjoys tennis, running and eating… but not necessarily in that order.

Robert C. Johnson, Ph.D. – Organizational Psychologist

Robert Johnson, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and organizational consultant. In his corporate consulting work, Dr. Johnson has partnered with senior and emerging organizational leaders alike, supporting their efforts to attain, develop, and align talent towards organizational objectives. Working across a variety of business sectors, Dr. Johnson applies his psychological expertise to enhance client self-awareness, to collaboratively chart a course towards valued outcomes, and to support and challenge executives in their pursuit of personal leadership excellence.

Prior to his work in the corporate sector, Dr. Johnson served as Division Psychologist with the 1st Infantry Division, United States Army. In that role, he worked closely with soldiers and small unit leaders, applying his expertise in human performance to enhance their ability to meet their mission. During his five years of active duty service, Dr. Johnson completed assignments in Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and the United States.

Bob completed his Ph.D. at Colorado State University. He is married and, along with his wife, enjoys traveling, running, and spending time outdoors.
